Fried mushroom black pepper noodles

I decided to try this new recipe of mine, Fried mushroom blackpepper noodles, we'll need some noodles, 3 mushrooms sliced up, 1 capiscum, a few slices of chicken meat, 5 prawns, and blackpepper. This is actually under experiment and i'm still working on it.

The results? The mushrooms really enhances the flavour and it gives the aroma as well. I should have add more capiscum to bring out the flavour, and lastly a note to myself, should have use those fresh blackpeppers and grind them to get the spicy taste, instead i used the powder one which i didn't even get the spicy taste of the blackpepper.

It's been away since i have step my foot in the kitchen to cook something up while making a big mess in there, i missed cooking a lot eversince i started working, i'm always tired whenever i come back from work and that makes me don't feel like doing anything. Since i got the whole day to myself today, i decided to cook a plate of simple seafood spaghetti.
 
Here is what you need to make the spaghetti.
 
8 prawns
3 tablespoons of tuna from a can
1 onion
1 garlic
and any sort of pasta that u desire.
1 cup of water
3 or 4 table spoons tomato puree or sauce
some cheese
1 pinch of mixed herbs and taragorn

 
Step 1
 
Boil the pasta with butter and salt, while waiting for the pasta to be cooked, you can start making the sauce. Chop the garlic and onion, peel the prawns and wash them clean.
 
Step 2
 
Then heat up the pot with medium low heat, grease the pan with some butter, pour the garlic, onion first. Then add the prawns then the tuna. add a cup of water, then add the tomato puree or sauce, add some chicken stock, black pepper, mixed herbs, and taragorn.

Step 3
 
It's all ready to be eat, you can add other items to your spaghetti such as mussels, Salmon, or any seafood that you want to add in.

I'm back

I have been missing in action for a week? since my motherbot was fucked so badly i had can't even go online for a week! a week without the internet is like a year without going online. I am just so happy that my pc is back, just so that i can go online and blog again :)

so what have i done for this week? well nothing really much, went for a two day training(which was really good)and finally i managed to find the food that i wanted to buy all these while. The instant roti canai, which is the raw one not the pre cooked one. The photos will show you what did i do to it.

want to learn how to make that? well it's pretty simple all you need to do is get the instant roti canai, 1 egg, some tuna, and a piece of cheese.

Step 1
grease the surface with some oil so that it won't stick and spread out the canai

step 2
put the tuna, egg, and cheese on it and then wrap it up nicely

Step 3
fry it on a pan with medium low heat, you don't want to burn it. make sure it turns crispy brown.

Step 4
In it goes into your stomach and stays there for about an hour like that :)

It's actually pretty easy to make that, since you don't need the hard work to make the canai dough. Not only that, you can put almost anything that you desire to eat with roti canai, and i seriously mean ALMOST anything, well anything that is edible that is :) it's a good way to enjoy a meal when you're seriously broke or just too lazy to go to the roti canai shop.

I have neglected my cooking for too long already and thanks to my homie slyvester for reminding me about it, at the right moment, i have made another accomplishment of my dish (after a few attempts)
 
It's my Tuna Spaghetti

Servings - 1
 
Ingredients
 
  1. 1/4 spaghetti/fettucini/Spiral/the amount you want.
  2. Two table spoons of tuna.
  3. 1 piece of cheese/parmesan cheese.
  4. Three Pieces of Garlic(not in pic)
  5. Three table spoons of butter.
  6. One piece of Fresh Oregano leave.(not in pic)
  7. two teaspoon of maggi chicken stock.(not in pic)
  8. A dash of Black pepper.(not in pic)
  9. A dash of mixed herbs.(not in pic)
  10. One tablespoon and half of potato flour.
  11. Half cup of milk/cream.

Step 1

Boil a pot of water, add a pinch of salt and one teaspoon of butter in it. The purpose is to let the water get hotter so that you can cook the spaghetti faster.

Boil the spaghetti for about 10 minutes until it's soft. When it's cook, drain the spaghetti and put it aside.

Step 2
 
Time to cook the sauce for the spaghetti, now first heat the pot up with low heat. Then add a tablespoon of butter in it, then put the chopped garlic and the tuna in. Stir and toss it, wait for about 50 seconds.

Then add half cup of milk, the oregano leave, and a dash of black pepper. Mix the potato flour with a bit water, then add it in the sauce. Stir, to make sure the sauce is thicken, if not add a little bit more. Then Add two teaspoon of maggi chicken stock, taste it first, if it's tasteless add a little bit more to get the taste. Last thing to do, is to add the cheese in it and stir it until the cheese has melted gracefully with the sauce.

Step 3
 
The final step is to enjoy the tuna spaghetti and a glass of white wine to go with it, will be fantastic!

 
Fried Rice with anchovies and drumsticks
 
Alright finally i got another recipe to share with everyone, here's what you need to make the fried rice

2 drumsticks
1 bowl of rice
1 sausage
1 egg
1 teaspoon of chicken stock
2 teaspoon of light soy sauce
1 saucer of fried anchovies
2 pieces of garlic
a little bit of mix vegetables
 
The chicken drumsticks, chopped and nice garnish on the plate

Step 2
 
And after all that, put the fried rice in the bowl and then place on the plate you'll get a wonderful round shape rice and add the fried anchovies on top of it and you're ready to dig in. :)

Omlette Du fromage
 
Alright the first food that Dæron is going show you how to cook is omelettê DÜ Fromage(cheese omelette) this omelette may not be the one you expect it's DæRon's way of cooking it so it's different from a typical one
 
Now here is what you need
2 eggs
2 pieces ham/bacon/sausages/or anything you want
1 red shallot/red onion
2 garlics
a pinch of salt
a dash of pepper
a pinch herbs/oregano
1 piece of cheddar cheese
butter
you can add mushrooms and other vegetables in it too if you wish
 
serving 1
 

Step 1
 
first crack the eggs into an empty bowl, the add a pinch of salt and herbs/oregano then a dash of pepper, then beat the egg until it's completely yellow.
 
Next slice the ham/meat into tiny pieces, make sure that it's nicely sliced, same goes with the onions and garlics. Now cut the cheese in half and leave it there

 
Step 2
 
Now after every ingredient has been prepare heat up the pan with medium low heat, then grease the pan with some butter. Put the garlic, shallot, and ham in and cook for a minute or two. Take everything out and put it aside. Clean your pan for pan for next step

 
Step 3
 
Reheat the pan with medium low heat, and grease with a little bit more butter, as it begins to heat up pour the egg in there and wait for it to be half cooked. And then you put the garlic, shallot and ham in, spread it around and last you put the two slices of cheese in there(as shown in the picture).  As everything is done, fold the egg together(see the pic) then flip it, wait for about 40 secs and there you have it an Omlettê DÜ Fromage

 
Final Step
 
after all that, you should be getting something like the picture below, accompanied with ketchup or mayonnaise or anything you wish to have. Bon Apetit

 
Weird stuff?
 
This may sound weird but it's pretty nice, deep fried bread with cheese, mayonnaise and bacon. yeap it was my experiment yesterday, it's crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. So basiclly you can put anything you want inside that is something nice ok .
 
This is still under experiment so the recipe for this is not out yet until i perfect the skill for making this haha

Fried Vermicille/Mee suah
 
It's cook it with DæRon again yeahh! Alright we're going to cook a local dish here,  it's call Fried Vermicille or mee suah that's what we call it. So here we go, as usual the ingredients
 
1 quater of vermicille/mee suah
1 egg(not in pic)
half piece of ham
1 sausage
a small piece chicken
2 galics
2 prawns
a little bit of carrots
1 teaspoon of light soy sauce
1 and half tablespoon of dark soy sauce
a pinch gourmet powder/ajinomoto
a dash of maggi chicken stock

 
Step 1
 
First boil the dried mee suah/vermicille, boil it until it turns soft and white and then drain it dry

 
Step 2
 
heat up the wok, then add some cooking oil in there and put the garlic, sausage, chicken, and ham in there, stir a little. Then add an egg in there. Make sure when the egg is half cook only then u add the vermicille, once the verimcille is in the wok, add the light and dark soy sauce, a pinch of ajinomoto(u can exclude it if you are allergic to it) and a little bit of maggi chicken stock and toss it and stir it and there you have it

Final step
 
Just add the carrots for the garnish(u can eat it) and it's ready to serve, Bon Apetit~!

Chicken Schnitzel 
 
Time to cook it with DæRon again, today we are cooking chicken schnitzel cheese. I was hungry and i thought about eating it so i cooked it just now. Anyway here's what you need
 
1 piece of chicken breast (5mm thick)
2 tablespoons of flour
3 tablespoons of bread crumbs
a pinch of salt
a dash of pepper
a pinch of rosemary
a pinch of mixed herbs
1 egg
1 piece of cheese

Step 1
 
First marinatethe chicken breast with the salt, pepper, rosemary and mixed herbs. Then dip the marinated chicken into the flour, making sure that the flour coated the entire meat. Then dip the chicken in the egg and last coat it with the bread crumbs, make sure the meat is coated entirely.

 
Step 2
 
ok the next step, take your wok out and heat up. then add the needed amount of cooking oil in it. when the oil is heated up already reduce the heat to medium to avoid over cooking the food. Then put the chicken in it, cook each side for about 2 and the half minutes until it's slightly brown and then you top it up with cheese.

 
Step 3
 
As everything has been completed, it's ready to be serve. accompanied with mayonnaise and tomato sauce or any sauce you desire. enjoy~! ;)
